Shop Policies

My processing time on ready-made orders is 1-2 weeks and processing time on custom orders is 2-3 weeks. This DOES NOT include shipping time. All orders come with included USPS insurance and any orders lost in transit will be replaced or remade to the best of my ability. However, once the order has been scanned in by USPS, I am no longer responsible for your package.

All orders are unable to be returned and I do NOT offer refunds.

 

If an item is damaged upon arrival, or at ANY time after you receive it, please contact me so that we can arrange a way for me to either fix, or recreate the piece (depending on the severity of the damage). I am always willing to work with you to find a resolution everyone is happy with, because I know what it’s like to break a favorite piece of jewelry!

 

I also work a full-time job as a teacher, therefore you can expect responses to business related emails and messages after 3pm EST on week days. I do not conduct business after 11pm.
